Early Bird Presentation
An organization's single most
important asset is an efficient, well-trained workforce which
makes the difference between a company's successful growth and failure. Today, workforce training is not just about
the skills to run the machinery, but how to communicate ideas to improve
processes, work as a team, and understand the steps of problem identification
and decision making.
Gaining such a workforce leads to
measurable bottom line results. This
customized approach to these training elements gives your company a leg up on
your competition and enhances your results in the implementation of lean
manufacturing and strategic growth services.

Visualization of Key Performance Measurements
Company leadership is responsible for
the growth and achievement of its declared head and heart goals. However, finding and focusing targets for
strategic growth and tactical improvement; driving those improvements through
metrics-based problem solving; and turning results into operational best
practices can be difficult. Visual
Intelligence provides us with the tools that trigger, support, and sustain
these growth goals.
In this session, you will learn how
to leverage Visual Intelligence to grow, align, and drive the company to goal
achievement through the deployment of key metrics. The
focus is on the synergy between: visual displays, visual metrics, and policy
deployment.
